Shipping policy

Shipping Time: 

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not guaranteed to be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive due to possible carrier delays and foreseen issues. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order promptly to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

An investigation into the lost shipment will be opened with the carrier for the lost package. Pending the investigation, a refund/replacement will be issued.

Clear pictures must be submitted via email or through the contact form. RTMmfg LLC will evaluate the damage and advise if parts are useable, or if a replacement or refund is needed. 

RTMmfg LLC complies with all local, state, and federal laws. We do not ship restricted firearm parts to the states where they are not allowed. Individual product pages will mention restrictions.

All products sold are compliant and legal within the United States. 

For shipments containing items that we are legally required to obtain age verification upon delivery, or at our discretion, RTMmfg LLC will add “Adult Signature-Required” delivery confirmation to your shipment.
