Refund policy

You may return new, unopened items within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund. 
Custom or special orders are not eligible for return.

All requests for missing items must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please contact us ASAP. Exceptions to this time requirement can be made on a case-by-case basis.


We will gladly exchange or replace products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. 

Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for a return, and the correct items will be sent. Prepaid shipping labels will be provided when necessary/if it is our fault.


All items being sent for returns/refunds/exchanges must have the package received by the shipping carrier within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the original package, or within seven (7) days of receiving return instructions, whichever is later. This is validated using the carrier's tracking information. 


Refund & Return Terms & Eligibility:
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The order confirmation email or order number is acceptable. 
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. 
    • Damaged items may have an increased fee at our discretion.
  • After contacting us for a refund, we will give you return instructions, and then process your refund after receiving and evaluating the returned items. Note that it can take an additional 3-5 business days for financial institutions to fully process refunds - this is out of our control. 
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or defective items must be submitted for review. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at the discretion of RTM mfg LLC, with no additional cost to the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when a refund is issued for an approved damaged or defective item. 
If you are returning the entire order, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. For orders with free shipping, the flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. 
Additionally, if a partial return brings you under the free shipping threshold for that order, you will have the flat rate shipping charge deducted from your refund.
